Will my horse feel any pain when being treated with the AEL IR 4400?	No! Laser therapy is painless. Animals will feel some pressure by the head at the treatment site. With wounds, the laser is waved over the treatment site about ½ inch over the treatment site.
Is there a special way to attach the head to the laser?	Ensure notch on the head is at 10oclock then clockwise at 12oclock
How will I know when my treatment session with the laser has completed?	A beep will be audible
What is the RF interlock device?	This is a class 3B laser which requires an interlock which needs to be placed onto a door. This is so in the event a staff member walks in whilst the laser is in use the device will turn off. Not needed if out in the field. Check your manual for full details.
Do I have to wear the safety glasses provided?	Yes! It is imperative to wear the safety glasses provided to protect your eyes. Never use the laser directly over eyes or point too eyes. Keep out of reach of children
Is the laser compliant, FDA approved and Quality Assured?	Yes, compliant, FDA approved and Quality ISO:9001
How long is the battery life?	Batteries will take 16 hours to re-charge from being flat to fully recharged.
Can I stop treatment half way through a session?	Yes, press the start/stop button. You can restart the treatment again by pressing CONT highlighted in blue, press enter then press the red start/stop button.

Returns and Refund Policy

Refund or Faulty Goods	Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and no refund or exchange will be given. Faulty items will be investigated by our partners and will notify you of the likely repair cost and outcome.
Shipping Refund	Shipping costs for returned items that are under warranty will be reimbursed to the customer by our partner company. Laserex Technologies and Australian Equine Lasers cannot be held responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected mail. NOTE: Please make sure that your package is sufficiently stamped. Laserex Technologies will reimburse shipping costs as described above. If you parcel is not prepaid it will not be accepted.

Getting Your Laserex Order	Allow 2-3 day standard delivery in Australia for cost effective express shipping through Australia Post Express Mail Service. Rest of the world – 3-4 days via FedEx door to door delivery
Shipping Methods	All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Mail Service. Large orders are shipped via TNT or your nominated freight company When placing your order, keep in mind that all express deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please provide an address where someone is present to receive and sign for your order.
Area Shipping Costs	Standard Australian – $20 AUD (for small orders) Contact Laserex for an accurate estimation of the freight charge for larger orders. Standard International – $60 AUD (for small orders) Contact Laserex for an accurate estimation of the freight charge for larger orders.
Delivery Times	Standard Australian – 2 to 3 working days Standard International – 3 to 4 days NOTE: Whilst, Laserex Technologies uses FedEx door to door delivery service for international orders, we will not be held responsible for any items that become lost during transit.
